Meet CyberShift's Experienced Leadership Team

CyberShift has brought together an award-winning management team that has a great deal of depth and breadth in building successful enterprise software and service companies and in forging long-term client relationships. Our industry recognized experiences and accomplishments are shaping CyberShift's leadership and success in the enterprise workforce and expense management markets.

Robert E. Farina
Chief Executive Officer

Robert Farina is an accomplished senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in successfully growing enterprise software and service businesses, with CyberShift being the third organization where he has served as its chief executive officer. Before joining CyberShift in 2002, Farina served as vice president of USinternetworking (now a part of AT&T); at that time the largest publicly held Application Service Provider (ASP) in North America. He joined USinternetworking through the sale of EnableVision, a highly successful software consulting and implementation firm which he founded. Prior to EnableVision, Farina was the CEO of a leading vertical market provider of enterprise software to the publishing industry, as well as vice president and general manager for a major firm focused on human resource and payroll systems. He began his career at Control Data's Business Information Services Division. Farina is currently an active member of the Advisory Board of the Columbia University Masters program for Information Technology Management. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas Altier, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Altier brings 30 years of financial management experience to his position of chief financial officer. Altier's areas of responsibility include finance, legal and human resources. Recently honored by the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) in the CFO of the Year, Deal of the Year award category, Altier was recognized for his efforts in CyberShift's strategic acquisition of Necho Systems in 2005. Altier's "Big Four" career foundation, as well as experience with publicly traded and privately owned companies and small and mid size startup and turnaround situations, has been invaluable to CyberShift. Prior to joining CyberShift in 2000, Altier was executive vice president and chief financial officer for a division of Thomson Financial. Altier also spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse. He holds a bachelor's and master's of business administration from Columbia University.

Laura A. Hills
Vice President of Marketing

Laura Hills drives CyberShift's corporate and strategic marketing and public relations initiatives and oversees branding and corporate communications programs. Her efforts have been instrumental in the corporate positioning and market recognition of CyberShift as one of the top three enterprise workforce and expense management software vendors. She brings more than 30 years experience delivering sophisticated enterprise business application solutions to middle and large tier enterprises. Prior to joining CyberShift, Hills spent eleven years at Computer Associates (CA) in various roles including senior vice president of worldwide marketing for CA's interBiz division. During a previous tenure at Information Science Incorporated (InSci), a software company credited with pioneering the human resource software industry, Hills directed product management for payroll and human resource management solutions to establish product direction and strategies. Hills earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics cum laude from St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Daniel Huber
Vice President of Sales

Daniel (Dan) Huber leads CyberShift's direct sales efforts with responsibility for the strategic and tactical management of CyberShift's global sales organization, driving further adoption of CyberShift's Workforce and Expense Management solutions within mid- to large-size complex organizations. Previously, Huber served as a Regional Vice President of Sales for Workbrain (now Infor), a publicly held workforce management vendor serving the large enterprise marketplace. During his 17 year career, Huber has held senior sales and sales management positions with such industry leaders as Red Prairie, Ceridian Corporation and Simplex. Huber earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) and the American Payroll Association (APA).

Arthur J. Krozser
Vice President of Operations

Art Krozser brings more than 30 years of experience managing organizations focused on providing consulting and implementation services as well as client support, for a variety of software solutions. At CyberShift, Krozser is directly responsible for all the service organizations, which include professional services, client support and the operations of CyberShift On Demand. Prior to joining CyberShift, Krozser was president and general manager of Digital Solutions, a division within JGI focused on fully integrated manufacturing and enterprise resource planning solutions. Krozser holds a degree in computer science from the County College of Morris in New Jersey.

Kevin Loo
Vice President of Technology and Product Development

Kevin Loo brings more than 25 years of experience delivering commercial and enterprise technology and business solutions to CyberShift. Loo leads technology strategy and product development of the company's market leading workforce and expense management solutions. Having led software product development at market leaders in the pharmaceutical, IT and financial industries, Loo comes to CyberShift from sanofi-aventis, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. There he held a number of technology and eBusiness leadership roles delivering innovative technology products and services. Loo has also held management positions at Intelisys, Ernst & Young LLP, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and The Hertz Corporation. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the College of Staten Island, the City University of New York.

Jon-Marc Patton
Vice President, Channel Support

Jon-Marc Patton brings more than 16 years experience in workforce management implementation consulting and professional services management to his current position with CyberShift. Patton leads CyberShift's partner support organization, working with CyberShift's business partners to help them meet their objectives through program management, sales and implementation support. Prior to joining CyberShift in 1998, Patton held management and senior management positions in North American call center operations at BOC Gases US and Chase Manhattan Bank, NA. Patton has his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Morné P. Swart
Vice President of Product Management

Morné Swart is CyberShift's vice president of product management with over 14 years experience in enterprise-wide workforce management solutions. As vice president of product management, he brings in-depth functional and product development expertise to CyberShift. Swart oversees the product management, quality assurance and information development functions. Swart is recognized as an industry expert in workforce management. He has designed customer focused scheduling, time and attendance and expense management solutions. Prior to his current position, he served as vice president of enterprise solutions. Before his tenure with CyberShift, he was with its predecessor organization, ABI - TruTrack, Inc., as vice president of implementation and technology. Swart began his career in a variety of software development and deployment positions for large public and governmental agencies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Stephen Tafaro
Vice President of Channel Development

Stephen (Steve) Tafaro directs CyberShift's partner channel development activities, expanding and deepening relationships with complementary vendors to maximize the value CyberShift delivers to the market and to achieve long-term growth objectives.  Previously, Tafaro served as CyberShift’s Vice President of Sales, leading the company’s direct sales efforts.  Tafaro brings more than 30 years of sales and executive management experience in the enterprise software, eCommerce, telecommunications and financial services industries to his current role. He has held executive positions with IBM and Oracle, and was president of Bell Atlantic Software Systems. Most recently, before joining CyberShift, he served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Financial Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of portfolio management and partnership accounting software for the private equity industry. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Montclair State University.

Gene Wronko
Vice President of IT and On Demand Services

Gene Wronko is responsible for the technical direction and operations of CyberShift’s On Demand services, as well as Corporate IT, Information Security, Business Continuity and Quality Assurance. Wronko also serves as the company’s Information Security Officer.  Prior to joining CyberShift, Wronko held management and senior management positions in the e-Commerce Division of Online Resources, a provider of Web-based financial services.  Earlier in his career, Wronko served as director of professional services for Incurrent Solutions, a leading application service provider for the credit card issuer industry that was purchased by Online Resources. A veteran of the United States Navy, Wronko earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration magna cum laude from Centenary College in New Jersey. He also holds a Technical Support Certification from The Chubb Institute and a Web Master Certification from the N.J. Institute of Technology.
