CyberShift Appoints New Board Member
- Workforce Management Provider Augments Leadership With Payroll and Human Resource Industry Veteran George Raymond -
PARSIPPANY, N.J., May 18, 2005 - CyberShift, Inc., a leading provider of workforce management software and services, today announced the addition of payroll and human resource technology veteran George Raymond to its board of directors. Raymond brings to his board position more than 35 years of experience in successfully leading emerging and well-established payroll and technology companies, as well as assisting both public and privately held technology companies optimize their market positions.
Raymond currently serves as the president of Buckland LLC, a consulting company to the information technology industry. Previously he served as the CEO of Automatic Business Centers, a payroll processing company he founded and ran successfully for 17 years before its sale to ADP. In addition, he co-founded Computer Services, a general-purpose data processing service company purchased by Management Data Corporation. Raymond began his career as a management consultant with Touche Ross CPA's. He has vast experience in assisting companies achieve their growth objectives both as a consultant and as an active board participant, currently serving or having served on the boards of Heartland Payment Systems, Atlantic Data Services, Emtec, Inc., NationsHealth Inc., Docucorp International, Balance Bar Company, BMC Software Inc., Analytical Graphics and Concord EFS.
