PARSIPPANY, N.J. (June 12, 2006) — The New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) recently recognized Thomas Altier, Chief Financial Officer of CyberShift, a leading provider of workforce and expense management software and services, for the key role he played during the company’s acquisition of Necho Systems in November 2005. As part of the NJTC’s 2006 CFO Awards, Altier was honored in the Deal of the Year category during an awards breakfast held on Friday, June 9, 2006.
The NJTC annual CFO awards program recognizes the accomplishments of financial executives from New Jersey’s diverse technology companies. The program offers awards in four categories: CFO of the Year, Financier of the Year, Deal of the Year and the Hall of Fame Award. The Deal of the Year award is presented to the CFO who successfully completed a merger, acquisition, buyout, buyback, or large round of funding during 2005 that resulted in increased revenues and growth for the company.
