If a user has forgotten to include a receipt, the receipt is simply re-sent along with the barcoded expense report cover page rather than requiring the user to send all of the receipts again.

CyberShift Expense's RDF solution gives approvers and auditors the ability to retrieve all imaged receipt versions associated with a specific expense report. This functionality provides a complete audit trail and history of all images that have been attached to the expense report for improved regulatory compliance in all business areas, including auditing, IRS regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
