Implementation Programs to Meet Your Needs

Flexible Implementation Approach

CyberShift offers a comprehensive set of tools and services that provide the flexibility to tailor the implementation strategy to your unique requirements. Whether you want to implement yourself, have us implement for you, or something in between, CyberShift can tailor the right approach for your enterprise. Some examples of CyberShift implementation approaches and deployment options are summarized below:

• Rapid Knowledge Transfer – For clients that have low to moderately complex requirements or have sufficient qualified in-house staff resources, CyberShift offers a Rapid Knowledge Transfer model and activation of a preconfigured application. CyberShift provides a comprehensive education/training curriculum allowing your team to assume ownership of the implementation with the capability to leverage our subject matter experts to assist with key areas such as requirements definition and initial configuration of a "pilot" group of employees. The client can then rollout the solution to the balance of its sites or employee populations with CyberShift being leveraged in a staff supplementation role.
• Full Support Services (Dedicated Implementation Team) – For clients that have more complex requirements or that have insufficient in-house resources to complete a large-scale enterprise implementation, CyberShift can provide a complete set of end-to-end consulting, implementation and integration services. CyberShift resources will be at your site(s) as required to lead your team through the implementation process in the shortest time frame with the least amount of risk.
• Something in Between – While the above implementation strategies represent viable alternatives, CyberShift works closely with our clients to tailor implementation recommendations to a client's specific situation and needs.

Implementation Services

Implementation Planning Session (IPS)

CyberShift suggests that every engagement start with an Implementation Planning Session (IPS). CyberShift's proven Implementation Planning Session is typically a 1 to 2 day event where CyberShift's solution consultants and professional services team will guide your organization through a structured process to assess your unique business requirements and prepare recommendations for:

• Project Team Structure and Project Governance
• Project Scope
• Implementation Strategy and Time Line
• Resource Requirements
• Infrastructure and Integration Requirements
• Workflow and Business Process Automation

The objectives of the IPS are to have the respective project teams discuss and understand the specific business drivers for your organization and determine realistic resource commitments so that we agree on the optimal implementation approach and associated effort. The intended outcome of an IPS is a formal Statement of Work that includes a project budget, staffing recommendations, defined milestone deliverables, key assumptions and a detailed project plan.

Project Management

CyberShift employs professionally certified project managers with years of experience implementing enterprise class software solutions. We can provide a range of project management services to assist your project team with all aspects of project management including project initiation, on-going management, risk mitigation strategies, project communication and financial management. CyberShift project managers provide the CyberShift Project Management Framework to get you started quickly or can adapt to your corporate project management standards if required. Ultimately, our project managers ensure your implementation engagement is delivered on-time and on-budget.

Requirements Gathering and Configuration Design

CyberShift's professional services team is made up of experts who can guide clients through the requirements analysis process and ensure a comprehensive and well organized Configuration Design. We understand the impact in time and cost if the requirements and solution design are not done right up front. It's the key to success and our structured approach ensures a clear understanding of your business requirements, workflow objectives and data sources before we determine the optimal configuration model to satisfy your implementation objectives. You know your company - we know our solutions and we understand all aspects of workforce and expense management covering people, processes and technology. By working together we ensure that your requirements are clearly articulated and documented. CyberShift provides a range of data collection tools to facilitate and simplify this process. Additionally, leveraging subject matter expertise from our consulting team can assist you with accurately defining and documenting requirements across your enterprise.

Product Configuration

In this phase we utilize our configuration tools, target product training for your specific requirements and assign our subject matter experts to facilitate incorporating your business rules and processes within our systems. The outcome is a complete working environment for testing, benchmarking and training. CyberShift believes that the best way to become proficient with a software application is to learn by doing and we enable you to take on as much or as little of the configuration phase as you are comfortable with while we provide in person or phone support from our subject matter experts.

Product Extensions (Workforce Management Products)

In addition to the Product Configuration, CyberShift's Service Oriented Architecture and integrated rules engine enables us to extend the functional capabilities of the Workforce Management Product without ever modifying the core application code. Our product architecture provides the flexibility to deliver cost effective solutions that satisfy even the most complex enterprise requirements. Additionally, CyberShift has amassed a very large library of product extensions that our clients can leverage to reduce the time and costs associated with implementing your business requirements. However, this extension capability is not limited to CyberShift Professional Services. We can also train your in-house technical team to build extensions as needed.

Testing and Validation Services

We understand that processing employee payroll and expenses correctly is not an option, it is a necessity. A thorough testing and validation plan is required to ensure that these mission critical systems produce accurate results from day one. CyberShift has years of experience testing mission critical applications and can assist your team in creating and executing robust test plans to ensure that requirements are being met. These services include providing expert guidance for:

• Preparing test cases, use cases and validation criteria
• User acceptance testing
• Preparing test data to facilitate validation testing

Integration Services

Seamless integration is key to both Workforce and Expense Management implementations. Typically, a Workforce Management system will integrate with Human Resource and Payroll systems while Expense systems regularly integrate to Human Resource, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and all major credit card provider systems. In addition, integration may be required to other systems such as Work Order, ERP, or Scheduling systems, to name a few. The CyberShift professional services team has a great deal of experience designing and building these integration points and can consult with your internal team on best practices in design, development and use of CyberShift mapping tools to facilitate these upstream and downstream system interfaces. Our Service Oriented Architecture accommodates many modes of integration including:

In addition to the services to integrate to nearly any system, CyberShift provides a number of preconfigured interfaces that can be leveraged without additional CyberShift or client development activities. These include our standard tools for Workforce Management integration (HR Data import, Payroll Export) and our pre-built interfaces for Expense Management that conform to industry standards for credit card import data files, remittance, electronic reimbursement processing (ACH), foreign exchange rate imports and more.

Data Acquisition Devices and Engineering Solutions

CyberShift offers several data acquisition solutions to meet the diverse needs of our customers. These solutions provide a range of features and functions for on-line and off-line data collection in virtually any environment.
