Below are examples of the training, Rapid Knowledge Transfer and Full Support Services enablement approaches that CyberShift can provide:

  • Implementation Process Overview Training – This training is designed to help CyberShift clients gain familiarity with the implementation tools and processes that support CyberShift’s implementation methodology. Course can be delivered in person or via a web conference methodology. 
  • Product Overview Training – A hands-on workshop to introduce team members to basic system operation, configuration and administration. 
  • System Administration and Maintenance Training – The System Administration Course provides clients with in-depth training on the use and maintenance of system administrator functions such as generating payroll output, processing employee reimbursements, managing system interfaces and basic application troubleshooting.
  • Advanced System Configuration Training – System Configuration Training is designed for your super-users and experienced application administrators who want to know how all of the configuration options within the system can be used to meet your business needs.   This is a hands-on course that works best when delivered at your location.
  • End User Training and Train-the-Trainer Training – CyberShift can provide training for your end users or we can train your training staff to deliver end user training.
  • Infrastructure, Deployment and Support of CyberShift (Self–hosted Clients Only) – Our technical experts will provide your IT support staff with the knowledge they need to support an in-house CyberShift deployment. Topics include application installation, database maintenance, application server maintenance and key system monitoring activities.
  • Workforce Management Extension Training (Workforce Management Only) – This training is designed to give your Java Development Staff the tools and methods they need to take full advantage of the Workforce Management architecture. Class topics include file structures, Rules Manager operation, API calls, data retrieval methods, etc. This is a hands-on course that works best when delivered at your location.

All training and client enablement content can be provided through web conference methodologies, which are the typical approach when the rapid self-sufficiency implementation approach is utilized, or they are available to be delivered using training specialists in person at your location.
